Vote for Belinda and Heaven is a Place on Earth

UK digital radio station Absolute 80's and MTV UK are compiling a list of the top 100 80's songs.  They have compiled a list of 125 songs for people to vote for, Heaven is a Place on Earth is included in the list.  You can vote at both MTV UK and Absolute 80's websites so that's double the voting power!  Just click on the MTV and Absolute 80's logos to be taken through to the voting forms.

 

Voting closes on August 7th.  The chart will be counted down on Absolute 80's on August 21st and 22nd and on MTV Classic from midday on August 21st.  When you vote at MTV UK you also get the chance to win tickets to the 80's Rewind Festival at Henley.

Borde Hill Gardens Pictures and setlist

Belinda performed as part of the Heart Radio Summer Sessions at Borde Hill Gardens, Haywards Heath last night.  Also on the bill were Tony Hadley, ABC and Rick Astley.  Due to illness Go West had to pull out but Rick Astley stepped in taking Peter Cox's place on several duets with Tony Hadley.

 

Belinda opened the show performing a six song set to a packed venue in the glorious sun!  Dance diva Alison Limerick sang backing vocals for Belinda and James Nisbett played guitar alongside the house band.
