At tube stations all over London you can catch site of huge back lit posters advertising Belinda's appearance in Hairspray.  This one was at Victoria station.

New Interview in December's GT

Belinda is in the December issue of the GT (Jeremy Edwards is on the cover) which is in shops now.  Belinda dives into the GT sweet jar and answers questions including what sort of domestic appliance she'd be and what she'd spend her last £2 on to name but two!

Something For The Weekend

UK Shows

Two show dates have been announced for next year!  The first is on June 20th 2010 and will be taking place in the Isle of Man.  Belinda will be performing along with Boy George, Rick Astley, Kim Wilde, Cutting Crew, The Real Thing and Curiosity Killed the Cat.  Tickets are available HERE.

The second date is taking place on August 7th 2010 at Ascot Racecourse.  Belinda will be performing alongside Boy George, The Christians, Johnny Hates Jazz, Midge Ure,

Hairspray!

Belinda has started on the West End stage as Velma Von Tussle in Hairspray.  The first night was played to a packed audience which included many of Belinda's friends and family.  Belinda's close friend Antonia shared some of her pictures with other people on Facebook.  The first picture is of Antonia and Belinda in Belinda's dressing room.  Belinda has her stage make up on and you can see Velma's wonderful yellow dress hung behind them both which Antonia reports Belinda says is very heavy!

Also below are a few photos of the outside of the Shaftesbury Theatre with the billboards promoting Belinda's starring role.

Belinda and The Incredible Light Beings of the Cosmos

Belinda has written the forward to Antonia Scott-Clark's book 'The Incredible Light Beings of the Cosmos: Are Orbs Intelligent Visitors from Another Universe?'  The book offers a possible explanation to what cause the white floating orbs that sometimes appear in peoples photographs.  A phenomena that does seem to occur quite often when people take pictures of Belinda whilst she is performing.  There is also a picture of Antonia and Belinda in the book on a very rainy day when they went to look at crop circles.
